Great pictures and we the thermal imaging pictures were really cool. Lot’s of great pointers for new homeowners included in his report, as well as maintanance tips.

I’ve used Clear View Home Inspections on my last two home purchases. Marcel is very punctual and professional. His reports are very thorough and informative. I’m glad that I paid to have the sewer scoped, even though it was a brand new home, he found a belly in the sewer line which could have caused major problems and cost a lot of money to repair. I’ve worked with several home inspectors over the years and Marcel is by far the most responsive, thorough, and straight forward inspector I’ve worked with. He has done 3 of our inspections. 2 residential homes and 1 manufactured home at our new lake property. He efficiently and quickly checks every aspect of the property and we receive detailed reports with descriptions, photos, and videos within a few days. The fee was even at/below market for the area. I was very impressed with the home inspection I received from Clear View Home Inspections. Marcel was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very thorough. The report and pictures of items noted for repair was clear & understandable & I was able to make a repair list to request the warrantable work.
